MAMY

Yaay Hawa Fall ( MAMY) is a self-taught photographer living and working in Senegal. Her passion for the arts began when she was a child, thanks to her grandfather. On her own, with her determination firmly anchored in her body, she explored the techniques of photography.

Her first solo show, "Domú Ndar", took place in Saint-Louis in December 2020. She subsequently took part in various national and international group exhibitions.

Her work enables her to express emotions, feelings, personal stories and ideas. Since 2022, the young Senegalese artist has concentrated more on portrait photography.
