EVA RIOL

Born in Madrid in 1982, Eva Riol Velasco is an accomplished multidisciplinary artist, painter and photographer. 

Her artistic journey began at the age of 10 with a portrait of her family. She obtained her Fine Arts degree from Madrid's Complutense University in 2006, followed by a Master's degree in Creative Photography from Madrid's EFTI school in 2007.

Her favorite subject is women. Her female portraits are inspired by encounters and discussions, captured through photography. From these encounters, she paints the stories and thoughts of these women. 

Rather than painting, Eva Riol tasks her canvases to express emotions and stories that emerge in a captivating way.
