THEO NGOM

Theodore Felix Ngom, known under his artist name THEO NGOM, is a Senegalese painter and sculptor. Self-taught, he is recognized today for his sense of detail and gestural expression in his works.

Adept at portraying beauty, the artist represented many Senegalese historical scenes in his early works. Then everyday life or iconic cultural characters invaded his works. The story of his artistic creation shows in the ebb and flow between techniques, in motion as if the artist is imbued with his desire to detail characters and landscapes in a figurative and vibrant style. Since 1996, THEO NGOM has exhibited extensively in major galleries and exhibitions at the national level. The exhibition “Portraits of Champions” in 2017, marked his maturity and a start towards the world opening for the artist.
