VINCENT ISAMBOURG

Vincent Isambourg was born in 1964 in Lille (France), where he studied plastic arts. 

Often exhibited in Europe and Africa, his paintings are figurative. He paints in oil on canvas. Over the years, his interpretation of the world and society around him has been based exclusively on human representation. His oil painting sometimes seems thrown away, offering broad strokes and vivid colors that are sometimes erased or erased as memory fades. Tones applied with a brush or sometimes a spray emerge and juxtapose like memories of an instant.

Isambourg has set up a workshop for artistic expression at "Village Pilote", a Senegalese association working to train and integrate street kids.

Her work can be admired at various fairs and biennials, notably in Dakar and Lille.
