NDOYE DOUTS

Mohamadou NDOY, called «NDOYE DOUTS», is  visual artist, born in Sangalkam (Senegal) on May 1, 1973. He graduated from the School of Fine Arts in Dakar (Section Plastic Art / Painting), top of his class in 1999. His research theme was "The working class neighborhoods in their architectural disorder - accumulation subject.” And in fact, the city "in all its states" is the main source of inspiration for this talented colorist. His exhibitions and public works are numerous around the world, the most recent of which are a residency/exhibition during the Marrakech Biennale at Mourabiti in 2016, a year that saw his selection in the IN of DAK'ART with his masterful "Encyclopedia". In 2018 he exhibited in the OFF under the masterful "Bell of ants" then in Seoul at the Insa Center, in 1: 54 in Marrakech, Tokyo and in progress at the Art-Z gallery in Paris.  In 2020, at the Guirandou gallery in Ivory Coast and at the Art z gallery. In 2022, Douts had a solo show at Shuiha Gallery Japan. This year in April exhibition, he will have a solo exhibition at the Baronian gallery in Belgium and the Shuiha gallery in Tokyo and Osaka.
