CATHY

Mbissine Catherine Diouf is a visual artist with a degree in English from Dakar's Cheikh Anta Diop University (2015). She also trained to become a nurse (2017). Then she attended evening classes at L'École Nationale des Arts from 2018 to 2020.

Currently a student in her 4th year of plastic arts education, she participated in the Off Program of the 14th Edition of the Dakar Biennale of Contemporary African Art at the Banque Nationale pour le Développement Économique (June 2022), in a group show at Galerie les Arts du Soleil (October 2022), the 11th Edition of Partcours at the Galerie de la Villa des Arts (December 2022), the 2nd Edition of the Artistic and Cultural Season Opening - Exhibition "Entre Vérités Partagées" at the Galerie Nationale d'Art (November 2023) and the Itinerant Exhibition at the Galerie Vema (December 2023).
